Terms of service & refund policy
These terms govern your use of sumtrav.com and purchases of Sumtrav travel eSIM data plans. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Sumtrav sells prepaid digital eSIM data plans for use while travelling. Plans are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Each eSIM is intended for use on a single compatible device unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Eligibility & device compatibility
You must use a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. Data coverage and speeds depend on local network partners in each destination.
Ordering & delivery
- Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency.
- After successful payment, your eSIM QR code is delivered by email and available in your account.
- Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases.
Refund & cancellation policy
Because eSIM plans are digital products provisioned immediately after payment, refunds are limited as follows:
- Before installation: If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review a full refund request.
- After installation or activation: Refunds are generally not available once the eSIM has been installed or data use has started, except where required by law or where we failed to deliver a working product.
- Technical issues: If you cannot install or use your eSIM due to a fault on our side, contact support@sumtrav.com with your order number. We will troubleshoot or offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Wrong plan purchased: Contact us before installing the eSIM. We may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limitation of liability
Sumtrav is not liable for loss of connectivity caused by device settings, incompatible hardware, local network outages, or misuse of the eSIM. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new purchases.
